Professional Calibration with Fluke Equipment for Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems
We offer specialized calibration services for pressure systems using industrial- and metrology-grade Fluke instrumentation. We perform calibrations on site and in the laboratory, with complete documentation and photographs of the process.
Equipment Used
Fluke 754 Documenting Process Calibrator with HART
-
HART communication for smart transmitters.
-
Generation and measurement of mA, voltage and pressure through 750P modules.
-
Ideal for field testing.
Fluke 789 ProcessMeter
-
Multimeter + current loop supply to power transmitters.
-
Excellent tool for quick diagnostics.
Fluke 733 Clamp Calibrator
-
Stable pressure calibrator for laboratory use.
-
High repeatability and thermal stability.
-
Measures output signals without breaking the circuit
Fluke 750P Series Modules
We work with Fluke 750P series pneumatic, hydraulic and differential pressure modules, with typical capacities from low differential pressure to industrial hydraulic pressures.
Typical accuracy: 0.025 % – 0.035 % of span, better than the 0.1 % used by conventional providers.
Gas and Liquid Compatibility Table
We only work with non-corrosive gases and liquids compatible with Fluke modules.
